8 in. spacer to be fitted between the bracket and the clip. Use 2 flat washers & a lock washer plus a dab of locktite. Filing the excess length off the ends of the bolt to allow clearance between the bracket and the headlight.

	Headlight Screen - a heavy wire mesh sold at auto supply shops in sets of 2 for about $12.
	Attached Hardware - after removing the headlight bracket, while still in the bracket, position the screen in front of the headlight and after straightening out the attaching ends of the 4 clips, mark the 4 corners where the holes need to be drilled into the bracket, I used small 1/4 in. hex head nut & bolts with enough length to allow for an 1/8 in. spacer to be fitted between the bracket and the clip. Use 2 flat washers & a lock washer plus a dab of locktite. Filing the excess length off the ends of the bolt to allow clearance between the bracket and the headlight.
