| Pic. #15 - Caribou Pass, some of the road in this area is still in great shape, but the unbelievable scenery and the unexpected washouts will keep the pace down. The air is so clean here that distances get compressed - the mountains in the back ground are shooting up 3000-3500 ft from the valley floor and the peaks are 10 Km away!! This is one of the most breathtaking spots on earth! |
